Hi all,
I don't usually complain if I have a problem, I usually just keep quiet but the other day I stayed in a hotel and complained becasue I had dirty sheets. I was given a full refund!
Do you complain (obviously only if something is genuinely wrong) or do you keep quiet. if you do, what have you got out of it?
