How can I continue to pay my creditors!!!

Hi, I have been paying back my creditors through Payplan for 4 years. I have managed this because I have been working and the sum was affordable. I have now retired, a bit earlier than intended for reasons I won't go into and i am managing because I live with mum and her income helps. I am terrified that when she sadly departs, (she is 88!) I simply will not be able to fulfill my obligations, in fact the amount I pay is almost equal to her monthly contributions to the household! will I have to declare myself bankrupt, the idea terrifies me!
