Misprice in Asda.

Don't know if this is any good for anyone but today I picked up some smart price corned beef. It had a printed on price of 71p but the price on the shelf was 86p. I paid for it. Saw that I had been charged the higher price. Was directed to CS and they not only refunded my 15p they gave me a top up card with £2 on it. I don't know if this is standard practice but it cheered me up!:j

It's meant to be standard practice, but they often don't offer unless you ask (and even then it can be a battle!) so for others - ask for your £2 card if you get overcharged!0

Yeah as I understand it, it is standard practice at Asda. Please see under Yorkie Biscuits thread and there is a link to the Asda website where it is detailed
