I received one of these to - wont be using it as it say:-
This voucher can only be used when purchasing a kitchen or bedroom over £3500. It is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Only one voucher can be used per transaction and must stay attached to this letter to enable the discount of £500. The voucher must be presented to our Designer at the time of your appointment.
In the letter part it says:-
