One MR measuring cup = exactly 250ml, or just over 8 oz.

I didn't even have to get it wet - it's marked on the side

The Morphy Richards fastbake works great for me, but there is one serious defect - the recipes in the instruction booklet are rubbish - I'm sure they got the quantities wrong...

Manage to nab the cheapest Panny 253 around, on Friday and got it Yesterday, and I absolutley love the thing!

Got it from Currys for under 77 Pounds plus free delivery. They are selling like hot cakes so now and again they are temporary out of stock. But keep trying if you want a bargain. Or goto the branch itself and ask to price match their website price.

After 3 weeks of being messed about by the amazon market place dealer I bought my panasonic 253 from, I finally told her to give me my money back as she had no idea when she could send me it.

I ordered it from Currys and it has JUST been delivered. I was so excited I had to tell you all!
