No harm in trying, although I think you'll be very lucky. Try your best and stand your ground.....
...... Good luck.I haven't got one!0 -
They will have a record of the imei number (usually written on the phone under the battery), which is proof you bought it from them. They might try to send you away because the staff have no idea about mobiles but kick up a stink and make them check the imei.0

I wouldn't hold my breath I'm afraid. I think the Sales Assistant will have better things to do than rake for an IMEI number which of all places, I'd be surprised if Woolies keep. Kicking up a stink is exactly NOT what you want to do - Sales Assistants, especially in Woolies get a hard enough job as it is......:wall:

See below reply from Woolies !! (Woolworths mobile phones = you have been warned)
Further to previous e-mail, please refer to my colleague's advice whereby if a fault develops on a mobile phone after 28 days from date of purchase, the customer needs to contact the relevant network0 -
most mobile phones have a 12 month manufacturers warranty, so try and find sendo repair centre and ask them to repair the phone, if u give them the imei they can tell u its covered by warranty or not, thats what nokia service centres.
the problem is finding a sendo repair centre
