If you have any strawberries left over, baking is a great way to use them up and muffins are an instant hit for a family breakfast treat at the weekend, a welcome break in the office or an afternoon tea with your Nan !
Here’s my favourite recipe together with a competition to win a set of my flexible silicone bakeware. The set includes a small loaf tin mould (£5.99), 8” round cake mould (£3.99), shallow muffin tray (£4.99) and a deep muffin tray (£7.99) which is perfect for the muffins below !
