posting swords to New Zealand??????

My brother has asked me to send some swords (13 in all) he collected as a child, the are definately not a danger to anyone lol as most of them are quite rusty lol.
The problem is he lives in New Zealand:eek: has anyone any idea as to how, if indeed it is possible to send them to him, without costing a fortune.

Thank you......

I think your first step should be to find if anyone is willing to let you post them, and then find out if it's going to cost a fortune ...

I know Royal Mail are a bit picky about what you can and can't send through the post, don't know how they feel about swords ... look on their website and check!

You’ll need to ask New Zealand Customs. Going by the website, they look prohibited. If they’re ceremonial, you might be able to get the necessary permission from NZ Customs and NZ Police.
