because the phone is over 5 years old and doesnt show on the list i doubt it will track

I've had a phone track and got the cashback when it had no value. Always worth a shot

This was about Lloyds TSB insurance.

Yes, I did this in March. It was declined, and I put in a ticket which was successful. It was posted as successful (and added) in June.

The Quidco site says that it takes three to four months for payment to be made after that.

Planet 49.... nightmare, certainly not worth bothering with for the 55p. Not only have I been inundated with Spam but also the phone calls have started too. I was sure I ticked for no other correspondance but within 5 minutes I had 4 spam emails.
