I opened an account when it was £50....and a free £10 bet on the National. Quidco just received the money on the 30th June. You need to chase it up and see what happened....hope you get it sorted.

I ordered the free sim cards and received them. However, didn't get any cashback. Quidco won't even accept any enquires for O2 or T-Mobile.

I'm currently with AVG as well, and am thinking of changing to Avast as a result of the potential for problems with Quidco etc. I see that Avast also has antispyware though - can anyone explain how this doesn't cause problems, where AVG does?

I wanted to do the Coral cashback offer this evening but am reluctant to until I've sorted this issue out!

But it was something OH was looking for (game rentals), and after a disasterous start with Love film(says yes on the sign up bit then no once you have signed up grr!), I have redeemed myself

Updated: game tart tracked at 3.50 OH impressed, but like all males wanted cashback to be an instant thing! bit disappointed when I told him October

i cant understand it though cos high street web and kelkoo are tracking ok, also tcb is tracking for me too wiv stuff, i will next time just run a few no purchase offers through first like kelkoo cos this system seems to be loggin me off alot too

Just got my Betfair £50 the other day....

It never tracked originally so I opened a query with Quidco.

Quidco sorted it out for me! Happy Teddy here!

So don't worry about your moneyback if any problems just query it with Quidco!

My quidco account shows paid 01 July but i have not received the payment yet, i know my details are right as i got paid last month no problems. What should i do? How do i submit a ticket ?

Neither me or hubby have received payment yet, though showing paid on quidco account, we're just working on the idea that it's late this month.

Me neither, although Quidco says payment sent 1st July. I'll keep waiting as now I know I'm not alone.

Im with you guys, haven't received payment yet either. Glad im not the only one...but wish we'd all been paid!!! Due to get teh Betfair money this month...Hooray!!!!
