    Well I'm not too impressed with hmv/quidco still havent got paid from early may 08 purchase keeps being pushed back every month!!

    Has anyone used Late Rooms on Quidco?

    I booked the hotel room ages before we stayed and remember them saying you had to ring up after you'd stayed to get it put on, as they don't complete the booking online. Trouble is I can't remember whether it's Late Rooms I ring or Quidco!

    I've spoken to 3 different depts at Late Rooms and no one has even heard of Quidco, let alone any idea of how it works!

    There's no tel number for Quidco and it won't let me submit a payment / tracking query because it shows the amount as 0.00, even though we actually spent £185 in total - any help gratefully received!

    I've booked using Late Rooms through Quidco before but never had to do anything else afterwards without it tracking automatically

    I use firefox also and most everything tracks fine. Someone on one of the Quidclans found out that Napster tracks most reliably with IE as that is how Napster's site is set up.

    I did it through firefox and it didn't track at £5. Did it again with IE and it did, and on the two days the cashback was up to £10. That's one time I'm happy something didn't originally track. :rotfl:

    I got the "we're doing maintenance, try again in a while" screen the other day and then in an hour it was up fine. Yesterday morning however, every time I'd change to another page there, it logged me out. Working fine for me now though.

    It just seems funny that they say the only site that tracks whether your order is completed online or on the phone and there is no procedure for doing it on the phone. Unless the procedure is to raise an untracked enquiry, which is what they've told me to do - hey ho!

    One of my Argos reservations tracked at £1 but all the rest have tracked at 0.00, is anyone else having the same problem and know what i should do about it? Thanks

    On the Argo page at Quidco it says the following about manually validating. Have not used Argos on reserve and collect yet but I hope this helps. If the validate button doesn't appear, I'd raise an equiry.

    "Cashback on the Reserve Online & Collect in store will be limited to £1 per person per day. After you have collected and paid for your item(s) in store you will need to to manually validate the purchase to receive cashback."

    "To do this you will need to log in to Quidco, click on earnings, click on December, then click the validate button. Then enter your Reservation Number and TXN number from your store receipt. The Reservation Number can be found underneath the item description on your receipt and the TXN number can be found towards the bottom of your receipt. **The validate button will only be available once the transaction tracks in your earnings.**"

    "Your Reserve Online and Collect in Store cashback will initially track as zero but will update to £1 after the merchant validates your transaction. This will occur after you perform the manual validation described above."
