Are you talking about this deal?:

Sometimes they have these special cashback deals for a limited time, but Quidco might be slow to update their site when the deal ends. Still worth putting in a ticket to see what Quidco have to say.

The only solution is to do what i've done -put an enquiry in to quidco, they've followed it up for me & left it pending atm.

If the cashback is missing or tracked at a different amount, submit a ticket for missing cashback/incorrect tracking amount.
If that doesn't sort it there's nothing else you can do.

Why don't you just go into Quidco, click on Quidclans and look at the list of current no spend offers in the "Quidco's Current No Spend Offers" Quidclan?

Because this thread has been around longer, some of us prefer the format of the forums than the message boards fo the Quidclans;
and these forums are is independant of Quidco. People are already receiving warnings for posting stuff on the Quidclans - see above in this thread.

This gives people somewhere to talk more freely about how to make the most of the offers on Quidco, in ways which might not necessarily be the way the merchants want you to use the offers, but is still allowed under the contract.
If people want to use the Quidclans they can, but they also have the option of using this thread.

Hi, new to Quidco and recently the things I have been buying have not been tracking. The first one I noticed, I managed to find my way around the site and made an enquiry for it and now it has come up pending. The rest of things I have bought have also not come up but when I try to submit an enquiry, I have to wait a certain number of days to submit it-which is fine but I just wondered if anyone else has had the same problems where nothing seems to be tracking? (FYI It's mostly ebay and the A&L Savers Account merchants)

Don't forget to put a ticket in quickly otherwise they won't pay.
