No, I haven't heard of them, why are you wanting to use this company? Do you debt problems, if so, DO not consolidate, it will make matters worse in the long run, if this company offers DMP's/debt advice do not use, use a debt charity like CCCS or Payplan, they do not charge any fees.

If the original poster has some debt issues - why not come back on and leave some information as to the problemsI am a debt counsellor working in the voluntary sector - we don't charge our clients for the work we do!0 -

Do not touch this company!! They used to run under the name of Licit Legal Limited. They claimed they could recover bank charges and PPI. I know a lot of people have paid money out to this company but never got any results. Licit Legal have since gone bankrupt.
First Step Finance are being sued for fraud. I've been told that they have took money off a client of over £1,000 per month, but only paid £1 per month to the creditors.
