Problem printing vouchers - Can Anyone Help?

I had to have a new motherboard fitted which meant a reinstall of Windows XP. Ever since then I haven't been able to print vouchers - it keeps saying:
You are trying to print to a device that is
not valid for printing coupons. Please change
your default printer settings and try again.
I've checked the settings and they are the same as before so I can't understand what I need to do differently, does anyone know?
Thanks

Uninstall your printer software and then reinstall with the printer CD0

If you have office 2003 you can install the document imager driver and save you printouts
