I seem to be like it a lot recently though.. no motivation to do anything, just want to be on my own, short fuse, get stressed out at the slightest things and feel like everything is relly overwhelming....

    that does sound like depression:cool:

I really don't think the media are helping with "moods" and wellbeing at the moment - they are all doom and gloom about the credit crunch, families' finances etc that we feel that we should be 'worried'. And if you're like me, you worry that you're not worrying that you end up worrying more than if you'd just worried in the first place (welcome to the intricate workings of my brain - psychiatrists don't even go there without a map and emergency exit planned;) )

You're also really busy (RFL, CAB, AS, OU, mum, basist etc) so you're going to start questioning the amount of time you are spending with each member of your family vs how much time you are working on your future. Just remember; in an airplane you have to put the mask on YOU first cos you ain't able to do it for others if you die!

This is coming out wrong but do please look after yourself.

I worked so hard to get out of it though... I don't want to let it win again. That and there's other stuff on my mind which isn't going to be helping. I think I just need to snap myself out of it and sort my head out.

Do you think it might be worthing popping to your GP to have a chat through it with them? Never suffered with PND fortunately but I know how bad it can be.

I'm not worried as such... I think I've just got a lot on my mind at the moment which is really mucking my head about. :(

it might not be that, but remember you do take on a lot.

    housework,
    budgeting,
    kids,
    Ste,
    AS,
    OU,
    CAB,
    MSE life,
    the band
    The RFL training,
    etc etc.

obviously RFL is going to be past soon, but if you are getting rewards from running anyway, then you might actually want to consider carrying on with that. Afterall, you have sexy new shoes, and it's free, unlike body attack (or whatever your class was)

Excercise is important (says me - Elle Macpherson!) so don't think about skipping that, especially if it makes you feel better.

In fact might a run this afternoon give you some endorphins, and lift your mood?
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

When you put it like that it's actually shocking how much I actually do..

Would love to go for a run but K isn't going to nursery and noone to watch her..
