Pap/Moozies What have/will you spend Tuesday 17th June ?

Good morning folks :hello:

My DS decided to wake me up at 04.30am & I can't get back to sleep now!

Have to go into town again as a game I bought for my son's birthday from GAME ( the shop ) preowned, looks like a fake:eek: , (booklet is printed poorly, sticker on cartridge wonky & looks cut out) & doesn't connect to my DD's console. Mario games are usually of a high quality, this looks like it comes from a Hong Kong market. The trouble is they seal the box, so you can't look at it.
A bit annoyed as last week was my DD birthday & that time they'd put the wrong game in the case! Waste of time & petrol & all you get is a cheesy sorry:o which is ok as long as you aren't out of pocket, also if they haven't got another copy of this game ( Mario Party ) i'm going to have to pay another £5 for it in Woolworths.
So could be £5
Comping again - wins so far : 2 V festival tix, 2 NFL tix, 6 bottles of wine, personalised hand soap, Aussie miracle conditioner

Hopefully nothing today. That's because I have nothing left to spend....no money until next Monday. So I will by cycling work today as there's no petrol in it. Taking lunch and snacks so no need to spend their either. A truly NSD for me.

You should ask for some form of compensation for the hassle you have had the last two times you've bought something from them.... tell them that you at least want the £5 extra you will have to pay in Woolies!

Late shift for me today, so will be an NSD (having no money in my purse or bank helps!)

Spending £20 on a swimsuit today which I realllllyyy don't want to do. Going on hols on Thurs, but there is no way I will fit into my nice little ones any more as I'm 5 1/2 months pregnant. Just seems like a waste to buy one as the likelihood of wearing it again are minimal.

That leaves with me £113 for the month.

£100 is being changed into Euros for the week's holiday, so I'll have £13 left when I get back on 26th for the rest of the month. Definitely doable!

They didn't have another game, no manager there, no way am i going back again, he was really nice, just not much he could do without a manager, ( he did agree it looked dodgy!! ) so he swapped it for a NEW starwars lego game which was £5 more that my DS did want, so not so bad, didn't want the moon, just not to lose out.:p
Other than that £2 on a shoe shine kit that was reduced in Woolworths, have needed a proper shoe brush for ages!

    Hey all

I spent £8 on my lunch with the girls, £15 on a waterproof watch for camp, £2 on a drinks bottle and £450 on US dollars!

But all bar lunch came from my savings for camp, and lunch was budgeted.

    Have a good day

Oh my gosh I've had a shocker!!! Spent £2.99 on a meal deal for lunch and then a further £9.40 on fish and chips for tea. Absolutely hopeless- particularly as we have perfectly good food in the cupboards.

Now I have posted on here though I feel cleansed and will do better tomorrow!
