Lloyds TSB Credit Card - any experiences

Hi Everyone.

Lloyds TSB Credit Card is one of my 6 creditors (I owe them over 6K ).

I'm doing my own DMP and everyone else has agreed to stop interest and charges EXCEPT Lloyds

Lloyds (well actually their Indian Call Centre) have allowed me to make a reduced payment of £60 per month, for six months, and are charging a reduced rate of interest meaning that less than £20 per months is going towards the debt.

Now the really bad news!

In there letter to me outlining the payment plan it says this is a "one off payment plan" and that at the end of the six month period my account will revert back to normal interest and payments etc etc.

Have any of you lot had any similar experiences with Lloyds TSB Credit Cards (or any other Credit Card companies for that matter)?

Please Help!

I personally havent but there is some nice template letters on the NDL website for when a creditor has refused to accept lower payments or freeze interest. Theere will be something there you could tweak alittle in response

It seems like others Lloyds are adopting this straturgy of time Limited interest freezing. I have always had to reaply every 6 months to have it frozen, a couple of times they have put interest and charges between each 6 month period, your best hope is that they pass it to a DCA then you have more chance. I am not bothered at present how much they put on because i've gone down the CCA route and I am not paying them.
