I am on a fixed 5 years offset with them only wish it was 10 !
great way to build up your savings while offsetting against the mortgage.
Saved me alot in interest and I have money to move in or out of offset IF
I can get a better rate in an ISA ?

You have around £4k coming in have you looked at where all that is going.
A full financial review may save you a lot more than tinkering with the mortgage.
Triming back on expences is one of the best thing you can do
Review the obvious,
Mobile phones, These should be free.
Sat/Cable TV, would freeview do the job.
Are you running cars that are more expensive than they need to be.
utilities, got the best deal and reduced consumption
