New Build Mortgage

Hi, I'm looking for a mortgage of 26K to finish off my new build, any advice please.

    So is this a property you are building yourself, and have gotten so far without borrowing any money at all on a mortgage, and you have now run out of funds?

    Where are you up to with the build? Has it been Architect supervised or built buy a NHBC (or equivalent) contractor?

  • Have just got planning permission yesterday. I already own the land and have 50K towards the build, looking for 25-30K to finish it off. The land is worth 100K with planning permission and will be building 2 bedroom detached house.

    Stage release / self build mortgage....not many lenders do these schemes, but a broker will point you in the right direction of who to apply to and do all the work for you.
