Quick CCA question

Hi all. Hope we're all having a good evening?

I'm just about to take-over running my own DMP from a fee-paying company and have just done my letters sending my first increased payment. I'm not signing the letter in case they don't play ball and I need to do a CCA request, but can my OH sign a joint account cheque so I can send them this months payment?

Thanks in advance.

Should be able to unless your account was specifically set up needing both sigs - I think most joint accounts are usually either or.
Good luck and welcome to the world of self-managed dmp's!
