I am really interested in this thread as I want to give my daughter a mocktail party before her prom - so any ideas for non alcoholic cocktails and punch would be great for me to. Thanks. Paige X

I seem to remember orange juice, pineapple juice and cloudy lemonade mixing rather well together?

Try this one. It's a proper 'grown up' punch, just without any booze.

    ALCOHOL FREE PUNCH

    Serves 15

    INGREDIENTS

    2L of strong tea
    250ml of sugar
    6 lemons
    1 bunch of mint
    1L of dry ginger ale
    1 bag of ice

    METHOD

Keep all of the ingredients in the fridge until needed.

Make the tea. If using loose tea, strain out the leaves. Dissolve the sugar in the tea. Allow to cool, then put in the fridge.

Cut the lemons in half and squeeze out the juice. Wash the mint and pull off some leaves.

Just before serving, put all of the ingredients in a very large bowl. Stir. Add the ice.

PS. If there's any left, add some rum or vodka and drink it yourself!
