Hi all,

I have received the most excellent service from Boots.com recently and I want to write to Boots to tell them how pleased I am with the advisor I spoke to. Does anyone have the email address?

although i wasn't very happy with them as they didn't have any advice for me regarding not being able to read the advantage point and use it to get coupons.

I have emailed boots.com 3 times about a delivery complaint and have been totally ignored each time.
what do I do now? Write or phone?

Write, normally gets a response, state you've already e-mailed and had no response

I think it's better to call them for queries/problems. As I said in my OP, the CS advisor I spoke to, sorted about my problem straight away and I was very impressed.

So should I phone them up about not being able to see the Advantage Point or will they also not be able to help, like the people on email??? It's really starting to annoy me that I can't get the coupons off it, which sometimes even give you freebies.
