'vcr/dvd' usualy means 'vcr or dvd'. Is this what you are looking for? Or you need 'vcr and dvd'?

sorry I mean a television with a built in dvd player and vcr player

Sorry, never seen one which has DVD AND video players, only tv/DVD or TV/video.

We bought one of these for DS last Christmas - only 14inch screen though. Think it is Bush and it came from Boots.com. HTH

https://www.dixons.co.uk have a Ferguson 21'' £199.97 - 'cos it is 97p this means it's discontinued item, so you'd probably get another 10% or so off, if your local store has one!!

There's also a Samsung model, in Currys, but not on www, so maybe they're clearing all the vcr type products, now.

got daughter one last yr from currys.. around £159.99 they had many makes but to be truthful they all looked the same just different names on them and different price tags lol.... she loves it..
