What's the best take-away in the area?
Starting on Monday (June 16) we want you to share your secrets about local businesses and in return could win you £500.
To launch our new Local Guide we're inviting you to write reviews of local shops, pubs, restaurants, places to visit and tradesmen in the area.

With your help our new Local Guide isgoing to become a great place for tips, recommendations and reviews which everyone can benefit from.
How to Enter: Be listening to Monday's Breakfast Show when we reveal the first competition category.
You'll have until midnight to write a review (it only needs to be around 30 words) and when you wake up the next morning you could be £500 richer.
Send us your reviews here (you cannot start sending them before 6am on Monday).
We'll have a different category each weekday until Thursday June 26 - each worth £500.

Terms and Conditions of the 'Local Guide' Competition ("the Competition"), operated by GCap Media Plc, 30 Leicester Square, London, WC2H 7LA ("the Operator").
By participating in this Competition, Entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and the decision of Operator on all matters concerning this Competition will be final. Entrants also agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of welovelocal.com available at http://www.welovelocal.com/tos/.
Details of Competition
• The objective of the Competition is to submit reviews of local businesses and venues within www.welovelocal.com by end of the Competition and increase awareness of the Local Guide amongst listeners.
• The Competition shall run from/to (“the Duration”):
- Northants: wks/c 23rd and 30th June
- Mercury Crawley, Beacon Shropshire: wks/c 30th June and 7th July
- GWR Swindon, Leicester Sound, 2CR, GWR Bristol, Severn Sound, Mercury Watford: wks/c 7th and 14th July
- Severn: wks/c 7th and 14th July
- On all remaining One Network stations: wks/c 16th and 23rd June
• To enter the Competition, entrants (each an "Entrant") must complete the following initial steps -
1. Go to relevant TON station homepage or Local Guide page;
2. Click through to welovelocal.com;
3. Register as a site member (all Entrants must read and agree to site T&Cs) - ideally each Entrant should upload a profile image of themselves. Each entrant must not register under more than one profile name;
4. Write and submit a review of the selected category of local business or venue for the relevant day;
5. Each day a new category will be announced on-air and online.
Competition Mechanic
• Once registered, Entrants can start writing reviews on www.welovelocal.com.
• Entrants can write reviews of businesses in their area but can also review businesses in other areas that they have knowledge of. Reviews can be positive or negative, but at all times must be genuine.
• There is no restriction on the number of reviews that can be written by each Entrant. However each review must be over 25 words in length to qualify for the Competition.
• Each day a winner will be selected at random from all the reviews submitted in the previous day’s category to win a cash prize (see below).
• The daily category will be announced on air in the breakfast show and online on both the local guide page and the homepage of the relevant One Network station website.
• From day one to nine of the competition the categories will run as follows:
1. Favourite place to eat out
2. Favourite hairdresser
3. Favourite handyman/tradesman (blokes that do great job for you)
4. Favourite place to keep fit
5. Favourite place to take the kids
6. Favourite place for live music
7. Favourite clothes shop
8. Favourite Take Away
9. Favourite Pub
• In the event of a malfunction of either software or hardware required by the Operator to run this Competition, the Operator reserves the right to suspend prize distribution and/or the Competition without notice.

Eligibility
• Entrants must not be GCap employees or friends or family of GCap employees.
• Entrants must be aged 18 or over to enter the Competition. The Operator reserves the right to request age and identification documents and at its discretion may use an independent age and identification verification service.
• Any Entrant found to be under the age of 18 years will be disqualified immediately and where any prizes won shall be forfeited.
• The Operator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual from entering the Competition. A breach of these Terms and Conditions, or a breach of the terms of conditions of www.welovelocal.com will constitute grounds for disqualification and removal of the Entrant’s profile from welovelocal.com.
• These Terms and Conditions may be amended by the Operator at any time within the Duration.
• Reviews will only be eligible for entry into the Competition if submitted in the Duration in the relevant category.
• Any evidence of duplicated or generically reproduced reviews will result in the Entrant who submitted the reviews in question being disqualified and their profile removed.
• All eligible reviews must comply with welovelocal.com terms and conditions (http://www.welovelocal.com/tos/). If a review is deemed to contravene the welovelocal.com terms and conditions it will be ineligible.
• Entrants can only win the Competition once in the Duration. The Operator reserves the right to disqualify repeat winners and select an alternative winner.
• Winners must live in the local radio station’s TSA
• All matters relating to the selection at random of Entrants will be at the discretion of the Operator.
• Valid telephone number and email address must be supplied by Entrants to qualify.
• The Competition is only open to UK residents.
Prizes
• The prize fund will be split as follows:
- £500 A Day for BRMB, GWR Bristol, Essex, Invicta, Power, Red Dragon, Southern, Trent
- £200 A Day for 2Ten, Beacon Shrops, Beacon Wolvs, Chiltern Beds, Chiltern Dunstable, GWR Swindon, Leicester Sound, Mercia, Mercury Crawley, Northants, Radio Broadland, Ram
- £100 A Day for 2CR, Buzz, Champion, Coast, Fox, Gemini Torbay, Gemini Exeter, GWR Bath, Hereward, Horizon, Lantern, Mercury 96 6, Marcher Sound, Orchard, Q103, Severn Sound, SGR Colchester, SGR Ipswich, Ten17, Wyvern.
• Winning member will be contacted by phone or email and may be invited on air by the Operator within 5 working days from the end of the Duration.
• Winners will be announced online and possibly on air too at the discretion of the Operator
• Winners should allow up to 4 (four) weeks to be notified of their prize, the delivery or collection of which will also be communicated to you at that time and is up to the PCs discretion. .
• The Operator reserves the right to verify the eligibility and identity of any Entrant before prizes are distributed, and further reserves the right to refuse a prize distribution to any Entrant who breaches any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Winning Entrants consent to the use of their names, Group details, and general geographical locations, for internal promotional purposes.
• The decision of the Operator is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
