Moral Dilemma

Ok I have a moral dilemma, I have sold my business at a personal loss of over £30,000 and I have debts of around £50,000. After the sale I have around £5000.
Do I keep this and try to pay of the mortgage for the next few months?
Do I try to pay small amounts to all creditors to ease the issue?
Or do I not spend any of the money and file for bankruptcy and allow the OR to spend the money?
I do know what is the right thing to do and I have made deals with most of the creditors to pay a £1 month.
What would you do??
