Halifax referred me to 'Think'
My question is do they charge and if so is it high amounts (upfront) or added to loan? Do they do anything less scary than an IVA?
They won't give an answer when they call me. Plus they keep ringing me at work where I can't answer the calls...
I would be grateful if someone can give me some feedback!
Thanks
Dave.

Can young give us some more details about your circumstances/debts?
General advice would be to talk to one of these instead:

National Debtline - Website: National Debtline Telephone: 0808 808 4000

IVA & fee charging DMP companies: Profits from misery, motivated ONLY by greed0 -
If they won't tell you then the answer is probably yes - walk away.
An IVA is only suitable for a very few people; I would suggest that you look at CCCS and Payplan adn see what options they suggest. It May be that a DMP is more appropriate.
If you feel like it post your SOA (full incomings and outgoings - look at the stickies at the top of the forum) and we can usually help you cut down etc.
Keep posting0
