Wanted cheap scooter insurance for 16 year old.

Hi,im not sure if this is in the right place i have tried in the insurance section aswell.
Iam looking to find the cheapest scooter insurance company for my son who is 16 in the next 2 weeks and is hoping to buy a speedfight.
I know nothing about scooters its bad enough looking for a good buy with the scooter without worring about the cost of the insurance,so any help someone could give would be great.
