today i spent over 10.xx pounds and the receipt didnt show "earned fragrance voucher" or smth like that. what should i do? should i write to Customer service?

THe only things the bogof voucher works on is pregnancy med, body butters for £5 or bath essense stuff for £4.94. Best thing to get is 2 body butters so you meet the £10 threshold. The free gift is a gift bag with 2 big body butters and a mini one.
P.s Do you mean are there any face wipes you can use the £5 off £20 no 7 on? No 7 is on 3 for 2 soon and they do face wipes for £6.50. If the voucher works on pre 3 for 2 price you could get 3 x wipes for £7. hth clicky

The coupon only works on things in the med pregnancy range, which is in the baby department (near the baby wipes). If you are in Reading (I sort of remember you are?), the Oracle had tons of Med gwp bags Friday; they are with the "regular" med products downstairs (located near the Soap and Glory stuff) -- they were in a special display on the top shelf that notes they are a free gift AND some were on the bottom shelf in their regular spot (they are normally sold for 10 pounds). I'd grab one of them first to make sure there were any, then head upstairs and get a couple of med pregnancy body butters.

Make sure you hand the BOGOF coupon over AFTER they have scanned the body butters and gwp bag. I can't find the pic of the bag; it's like a sturdy gift bag with a wicker design and contains two large body butters and one mini. hth

Edit: The gwp ends Tuesday.
