Hi peeps :j

Haven't been on for a while and not been Bootsing much - just a couple of shopping trips cut short by migraines and whatever bug is doing the rounds, and a couple of small shops today.

(Don't believe the rumours about me watching that mind-boring BB programme, it's a malicious rumour that's been put about by my OH :rolleyes: lol, but keep voting Sylvia out )

Hope you've all been well btw and thanks for posting all your 'finds' and also to whoever found the UG 9p glitch. It surprised a few local SAs :A (and earned me a couple of brownie points )

Posting this in a rush because I'm still [strike] watching BB [/strike] recovering from the shop I've just done , but thought it might be worthwhile to look out for a few things that were reduced on SELs and clearance in a couple of local shops. They might have been posted already, so apologies in advance if they have.

Bought about 50 different oddments so won't bore you with the small stuff, but got this:


SEL said £1.24 so bought this to go with it as it was on BOGOHP


SEL said it was £2 so expected the total to be at least £2.25, but on the receipt it says:

Botanics Pp Blemish Wand £1.00
Botanics Weekend Pamper Pack 25p ...!

So the two only cost £1.25 and I'm not sure why they went through that way?? Might be worth looking out for as these weren't on clearance but I should add that the weekend pack was in the old style dark greeny type packaging.

Will post some more odds and ends when I find my proper specs

(and answer some mails and PMs that I haven't got around to yet - thanks for those - you know who I mean x))

those of you who have been using the fragrance vouchers, have you been able to use them with reduced gift sets??? (I was told NO today and SA wouldnt budge!) thanks!

PS saw the sanctuary grey bag (its huge!!!!) had it scaned but alas... £20! Oh well cant have it all... (but why!!!lol)

Can't find the other thing I wanted to post about on the Boots site, but 'bought' the Shwarzkopf Live Duo Intense from clearance and it went through for free :rotfl: (Colour is Energetic Red (868) as I fancy growing old disgracefully by adding a couple of bold streaks :rotfl: )

so not sure why that went through for free, as there wasn't any other hair products but might be worth looking for.

ive used it on two occasion and had no problem using it
