Hi Clare, sorry to hear about your prang, as you say bad karma, but good will come your way.

Because of your bad luck you are also dwelling on what you didn't save rather on what you did save on the Sanctuary. Not only today but every time you use your vouchers. Try adding up what you have saved and your negativity will shift into the positive. :j :j Stop beating yourself up, and be kind to yourself. Try not to worry about what you cannot change. :A

Thanks for the wise words, Polls, I found that really helpful. Thanks for your advice - I'll do my best to follow it!

Sorry to quote myself but does anyone know if I can?:D
Just catching up, but in case this hasn't already been answered (for some reason I can't post replies from work, even if I'm logged onto the site) here's my twopenn'orth:

This is similar to what I was trying to do with a gift set of RoC products at the weekend. The first store I tried said "no!" - no refund or exchange without a receipt - they said they wouldn't be able to re-sell the product as they couldn't be sure when and where it was bought and so how old it was. This was even though I couldn't use the creams as I react to them. The second store did an exchange on the same set with no problem at all (other than a few technical difficulties with the till, LOL!).

So, all I can say is - give it a go - and Good Luck!

Not 100% yet, and getting really really fed up with it now. I have only been to Boots once in ten days. Not good for my image, just for my bank account:rolleyes:  What I really need is a magic energy pill :p:p

Paid downstairs, only spent about £3xx. The SA who was serving me asked "Would you like a free gift?" :D
*geordie_lass thinks "Would I like a free gift? Does a fish have a waterproof head? Of course I would like a free gift!"* :D

Anyway, she gave me the choice of a Rimmel eye palette, a pink suedey L'Oreal clutch bag with a lippy and a few sample sized creams or the RoC GWP, the navy and white bag with wipes, wrinkly cream and Retinox samples in it.
I chose the RoC GWP and came away very happy. Don't things like that really make your day? What a lovely SA. :T :T :T

Well done you! It's a lovely GWP - a nice bag, full sizes wipes and full sized eye cream, as well as the little tubes. A special reward for being their best customer perhaps?? Enjoy!

Nettie if they are reduced hun and they know AM is on her way they will put the price back up to full price. Mr B has it in for her don't you know ;) :rotfl:

    Sorry AM only teasing;)

Hope you do get a trolley full xx
Rubes...not far wrong..Mr B knew I was on my way so anything resembling a bargain was removed from the shelves before I even stepped through the door...with the exception of one solitary packet of photo corners for 25p and luckily had 200pts voucher. That was my sole purchase!
This is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.
