Think I'm ADDICTED aswell. I only managed one large store with ACM plus the clearance shop. Had I not been taking DS to a birthday party this afternoon I had planned to go to Canary Wharf aswell where there are 2 branches very close together.

    Hi Mi55moneypenny

Ohhh I forgot about Canary Wharf... Is it open on Sundays?

I loooove the clearancestore, was it the one in Beckton you went to? or is there another that I haven't been to?? (have sat nav, will travel:rolleyes: )

I went to Woolwich, Lewisham,. Peckham, and Bromley, gonna do Surrey Quays tomorrow, and Canary wharf if it is open :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Who was looking for one of these?

    maybelline%20colorama%20jellybean-180x180.jpg

I'm sure someone saw this colour nail varnish in someones stash and asked about it to be told the colour was Maybelline Jellybean.
Anyway was just browsing beautyrocket.co.uk and spotted this on first page. RRP is £3.99 but it's for sale at £1.00.
I've ordered from this site before and can recommend it. HTH.

I went to the Canary Wharf stores today, the one in the mall by Waitrose didn't have much at all but the smaller store on the 3rd? floor had quite a lot of skincare reductions, all on the shelves though, no clearance section. S&G minis reduced to 50p too, I resisted, I have tons of the stuff! HTH.

    I like those bags Pollsdolls!!!:T

I went out to boost my points with Jemma Kidd Nail files - there were only 10 packs on the shelf, so bought them and got 2500 points!!!

Paid with pigsback vouchers - so no real money spent!;)

Used my points to get 3 x Dreamlash mascaras and 3 GWPs - 2100 points!

Then........I spotted Elizabeth Arden had some shine pops lip glosses reduced to £2 each with 500 points if you bought 2 items!!!

I couldn't resist this .......... so bought "a few" !!!!:rotfl:

Used some more points for a perfume gift set for DD.

Got another 400 points for the BMI smartcard aswell, and bought yet more photo corners for 25p bogof and got the 200 points from ACM.

Did the boots 17 nail polish for £4 and GWP, and got 2 of the 9p Umberto hair masks and then went home to hide it all!!!!:rotfl:

Yes it was Beckton, not great today. I have noticed though that they have the odd thing in there that's still full price in normal stores though i.e. the bum bags I bought for keeping money in at boot sales (no pun intended!).

I don't know if Canary Wharf is open on Sundays but imagine it is. You might get there before me, not sure DH will allow me out to Boots again tomorrow as he's starting to worry about me!!!
  • 1. Is there a points voucher in the dreamlash GWP and what do you have to spend to use it?

    2. Does the 500pt voucher in Olay Gwp require any further spend and if so what?

    3. Is there a points voucher in the MF gwp and what do you have to spend to use it?

    4. Can anyone nominate a smaller Boots than Wanstead, East London (other than railway stations). Went there Thursday and it was practically a cupboard. Their clearance section was an old ice cream tub next to the till.:rotfl:

    TIA

Just posting a piccy of my shop today

I bought 8 x packs of Jemma Kidds emery boards

Cost £16 and got 2000 pts

So I bought 2 Botanics bags:

    Holdall .......£12
    Wash bag....£10

    Paid with pts
    Holdall..............1200
    wash bag............500 BOGOHP
    less10% HC
    over 60 discount...170

    Cost...................1530 pts

So for my initial £16 spend, I ended up with:-

    8 x packs emery boards worth 16 And 2 x botanics bags worth £22
and I still have 470 of the orginal 2000 pts left
    complete.jpg
Fab shop Polls...I used my points to get other goods today although mine was on a less impressive scale than this.
This is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.

That's one of my local stores! I'd be gutted if I'd made a special trip to go there as it is quite, quite rubbish. South Woodford and Leytonstone (both about 20mins walk away) are both loads better, and the staff in them are less grumpy!

Canary Wharf is definitely open on a Sunday, used to be 11 - 5 I think.
