Well then ladies (and gents ;)) The lovely h007 asked me earlier if I really NEED to buy more makeup...

Well I had a sort out at the weekend, and what you see in the photo below is what's left :D:D:D

Hello, my name is Buffy, and I am a make up junkie...can you tell? :D

    A few notes:

    1) I have paid full price for very little of this - or if I have paid full price it's been on 342 or a GWP has been involved :D
    2) I am a sappy sentimental cow sometimes - included in this lot is the nail varnish I wore on my first day at uni 10 years ago, the nail varnish and lipstick I wore on my wedding day, and the nail varnish I wore for my 21st birthday party.
    3) Everything below the Benefit Bathina shimmery type stuff is "in use", everything above the Bathina is a "spare" or duplicate.
    4) I am a sucker for limited edition stuff, especially the No7 ones, but very very rarely buy them full price :D
    5) I need therapy :rotfl:

Haven't read thread yet so just noticed this when SK quoted it

    Can i just say.. WOW.

    Well done it's FABULOUS!!!

Bought 2 x Brecon Carreg water on offer for ? £1.50. As a member of the Health Club it goes through for 74p for the 2.

    Receipt reads

    **Multi Save**
    Brecon Carreg 1l 0.57
    Brecon Carreg 1l 0.57

    Saving 40p Now 0.74

Also managed to get a Ted Baker Wash Bag (the one with the bottles in) for £3.75. Points from ACM wouldn't go on so SA added them manually at the end.

Also got the Elle magazine and used the coupon from the Daily Mail.

Got a hair spit as well so off to try the Gianni glitch tomorrow.

  • Well I have recovered from my police incident shock earlier (OH took me out for a meal to say sorry!) so now I'm going to have to go boots cold turkey for a month to pay for my fine! I will be around lurking or making suggestions but will NOT be buying anything with REAL money in boots (can spend my 6000 ac points though :D ) and I am going to repeat this every day. Every time I have a wobble Im going to put the ammount I would have spent into my savings and watch it accumalate........My name is Glidergirluk and I am a Bootsaholic!

Thanks and hugs back to everyone for their support.
Will not spend more money:naughty:, but will spend more time looking for that great bargain!

    Thanks!

I was feeling a bit cheeky that day and I probably wouldn't have tried it in the past but after reading this thread (and your glitches!) I thought it can't hurt to try.

Had to do it on a SS till though, wasn't buying anything else to hide the possible glitch and was too scared of an SA telling me off for using 2 vouchers!

I did have a problem at the SS till, after I'd scanned the second voucher the till kept telling me to deposit the voucher in the slot, which I did, but for some reason it kept repeating it over and over. I kept jamming the till spit into the slot but eventually the SS SA came over  . I started to panic but he over-rode the till. It then wouldn't give me my change (it was only 11p but still!) so the SA had to come over again. He looked at my receipt and I started to panic again but he just went to the main tills and gave me my change from there.

I didn't realise getting a bargain could be so traumatising!
