debenhams half price summer sale

Bought some shirts in store for work. The cheap Thomas Nash (£9 or £11) ones (which are really Debs bog standard own brand) are buy one get one for half price. Not great styles but good value. Plenty of short sleeve shirts.

I got a leather handbag for £13.50 (with my 10% discount) and free postage.

It's the same (different colour) as one I paid £25 for originally (and I thought that was a bargain as they were originally £50!)

Yes it was on in store when I went shopping today.

Items reduced from 20% - 50%.

Advert says it ends July 1st, but the items insore with the red stickers on will still be available at sale prices after this. Blue cross starts two weeks after the sale started I think, will double check Mon. It should be all 30% got to 50%, and 50% to 70%.

thanks, i got a pair of combat trousers for £12.50 and a jacket for £21. trousers was £25 got 50% off and jacket was £30 got 30% off so saved £21.50 .

just a heads up for you all. the blue cross as it used to be called starts officially on thurs 3rd july but most stores should have repriced everything by mid afternoon on wed 2nd july.most items that are now 30% off will go to 50% off and most that are 50% will go to 70% off.the company has got a problem with what is called sale buys on the home department.ie they are not selling.so they may get a higher level of discount at some point unless things change soon.if i hear anymore i will let you all know.

Be careful of sale buys on the home department at debenhams (the ones with the big red stickers). They are simply marked up items with seemingly good discounts.
