Want to save money by ordering from the US... anyone used Access USA?

I mainly want to subscribe to a US magazine that doesn't seem to do UK subscription mailing. I know there are some companies who will provide you with a US address (eg Access USA: http://www.myus.com/) but I don't know whether they end up just charging more than it would cost to buy a magazine as an import from Borders or wherever.
Anyone had any experience of this? Or can offer an alternative suggestion?
