Why u want to joing bethere?
Are you serious?
Taking 2 months to connect despite promising within 3 weeks.
Finding it impossible to speak to customer services unless I am prepared to hold for 1 hours (yes 1 hour).
Prepared to take that risk?
I am left without any broadband at home because they instructed my ISP to disconnect me...without connecting me themselves0 -
thanks i have now joined freedom2surf for 27.99 a month 8mb its realiable and i was connected within a week!0

Be are starting to stop people that advertise for referrals from getting anymore free months/free member for life....
Hi everyone,
Thanks for all the positive posts from our members – we really appreciate the support, but do not condone the abuse of our ‘Refer a friend’ programme. The programme is designed to reward people who personally recommend Be to their friends and family.
Be reserves the right to disqualify any ‘Refer a friend’ referral that is as a result of a publicly advertised email address. Upon disqualification, neither member will receive a free month, and the member advertising their referral email in a public forum will no longer qualify for free broadband for life.
Please, however, do continue spreading the word to your personal contacts who may not be aware of Be and you will be well rewarded as a result.
Kind regards,
Brett Coles
