Don't worry folks that phrase actually comes from me. She said "anything you don't like about the site" and i said the design and navigation are currently clumsy but we're working on it.
The journalist is a recent new MoneySaver who has saved so much from using the site she persuaded the editor to do a feature on it. My only problem with the article is that on Mortgages and Flight issues I actually complimented Moneysupermarket (though insulted their credit card, life and some other features) - but it was obviously put to them that I hadn't. (i think you have to see the newspaper rather than online version to see what im talking about).
Still overall i think both the site and I come out of it wellMartin Lewis, Money Saving Expert.

Given the longstanding relationship you have with moneysupermarket, surprised they would make those comments without checking
For those looking - its not in the obvious Money section, rather in the "Doors" IT section that is now in the News Review SupplementAny posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0 -

Who is this Lewis person ?. Are there journalist 'rehab' schools where would be hacks can write an article about a person and not sound like a prep school teacher ?
