:wave: Hiya Lee,
It may be that you end up on a one person Debt Management Plan with CCCS or similar and then they'll need just your expenses.
However, for the purposes of us "seeing the lay of the land" so that we can give you the best advice it's useful to have the whole picture.
I mean no disrespect honey I promise, but a lot of people's joint finances have never really been talked about or thought about properly - and many people's are set up unfairly or illogically which sometimes means you're just making it harder for yourself.
(We were.
)
Don't rush to get a joint account yet though. As I said, it may be better to take on your debts separately - but we won't know that until we have all the info.
Another interesting thing to do whilst you have all the facts and figures to hand is the CCCS Debt Remedy:
https://www.cccs.co.uk/debtremedy/(S(xiqyjcfgbjrwrx45n4dw1145))/start.aspx?hp=4
You give it all your info and it suggests ideas and solutions for you to look into.
I'd also recommend speaking to someone at CCCS cos we found them extremely helpful.

Keep posting honey.
I'm always saying this so apologies to the regulars who see me say it every day
but it's thanks to Martin's site as a whole, The very gorgeous Debt Free Wannabees, The Money Saving Old Style Board and advice from CCCS that our August 2006 debt of £96,700 is now about £15k and will be gone by Christmas 2008 or very soon after.
Pick everyone's brains before you make any decisions honey, and as a little extra point...Debt busting together has been really good for our marriage so I recommend working as a team on this one unless there are pressing financial reasons not to.

PS If that's your real name hon you should probably change it.Not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted. Einstein0
