Martin on Alan Partridge

have searched to see if this has been mentioned before but can't find it so here goes.


First episode of I'm Alan Partridge series 1, Alan is enquiring what freebies he can get, Lynne informs him that dolphin bathrooms said they don't do that kind of thing, Alans response "I know for a fact they do, Martin Lewis got two power showers out of that, one for him, one for his brother in law"


Was wondering if Martin knows Steve Coogan (or someone to get this mention) or if you even knew you were in it. Very impressed Alan Partridge is up there with the best tv series, hadn't noticed your name being metnioned till i watched the dvd again, after signing up to a free blockbuster trial mentioned on this site - What a pretty little circle!!!

I'm guessing it's probably Martyn Lewis - the former BBC and ITV news reader.

Don't know for certain ... but I think it's more likely.
