Mercers sent him round at the end of May and he said that he would call round again urgently. I'm still waiting for him to visit. Since his visit, I've not heard from Mercers but CCCS have said they are still trying to negotiate with them so obviously Mercers have got the message to only deal with CCCS now. It's been 6 months of hell for me with Mercers but it's all stopped now.

I honestly wouldn't worry about his visit. They cannot force entry and can't take any of your stuff. If they refuse to leave your property when you ask then call the police. Like I say, I'm on my own and I'm not bothered about them turning up. If they wish to waste their time, then that's up to them. It ends up costing them money in the end.
