Waterproof Bathroom TV

All the money I'm saved elsewhere I've saved up and want to do a mega footballers wives thing on the bathroom. Chromatography spa bath, a nice resting place for my Chardonnay etc.
Anyhow, back to the question. One of the things I wish to do is install a TV so that I can wallow in the tub and watch EastEnders in comfort. I've had a look at online shops and on ebay. a 17 to 19 inch TV retails for about £1000 in the shops but can often be had for around half that on ebay. So my question. Are the ebay tellies a bargain or are they vastly inferior? Does anyone have an answer or opinion?

We imported a batch of the waterproof TVs to sell for a profit only to find they are absolute trash! The LCD panel used is a panel for a pc monitor (not a TV) so when you relax into the bath and cut the viewing angle, the picture goes too dark to see. Also, the Chinese manufacturers only offer a 12 month warranty. Suprise, suprise after 13 - 15 months 30% of the TVs develop a fault. My advice is to stay well clear of Ebay for these. I recommend Techvision waterproof TV for a fantastic picture quality.0
