Employees, and their families, of YourDay UK Limited and the Merlin Entertainments Group and their agencies are not eligible to enter.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged.
The closing date for entries is 30th June 2008.
The winner will be formally notified within 10 days of the closing date. Only the winner will be contacted personally.
The prize offered is a package comprising one day theme park entry tickets and a one night stay including breakfast at the Alton Towers Hotel or Splash Landings Hotel for up to two adults and two children sharing one room. The winner will be responsible, at their own expense, for providing their transport to and from Alton Towers. The prize must be taken before the theme park closes on 9th November 2008. Hotel bookings are subject to availability.
No cash alternative or alternative prize is available, but in the event of the advertised prize being unavailable we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time.
Entering the competition implies acceptance of these rules.
The prize winner will be selected at random by the judges. Their decision is final in every situation, including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
