I had no luck, having sent my request by email by mid October, yesterday I received this email:

The fridge magnets come with the calendar, you should find a magnetic sheet at the back of the calendar with 4 puppies on which you have to press out.

The months of the year are on individual cards stored in a perspex (cd lookalike) case, you fold the lid back so that the calendar can stand on a flat surface.
