Sponge Flan Base Recipe ??

Does anyone have a recipe to make the sponge base for a fruit flan?

    And nice simple ingredients that I already have in my cupboard (especially as I'm living in Spain, no translating needed in the supermarket !!)

    For a 7 inch sponge flan tin I use 2 eggs, 2 oz castor sugar and 2 oz plain flour.

    If you are using a flan tin grease it well or you may find it will stick.
