Help Advice needed

Hi

I am and have been a director for my brother' s company. Its purely for practial reasons and I do not receive any payment for this. Up until now all has been fine with regards to the company.

However, I have now been told that the bank that the company deals with want me to provide a credit report as when they (my brother) went to get the over draft increased something came up.

As to my own personal affairs I have debt and I have been dealing with my personal debt since Jan 08. I am currently paying those I owe via the CCCS. I do not discuss my personal affairs with my brother

When I get the credit report back I am to send it to the company bank manager.

I dont know what to do - has anyone been in this situation - any advice would be great

Thanks
Soo
