    Hi Poo
No problems, we're all here to help each other and experience of others situation can help see how it's working for other people.
I've just got a one off job delivering Yellow Pages locally for a week at the end of June. A lot of books for not a lot of money but with all the family helping it will be done in no time!
I've also applied for a job at a school in my area, not holding out much hope but at least I've applied!
Sounds like DMP's are a way to go if you're not seeing a way out. We've got a plan and hopefully can stick to it.
Thank you to everyone who posts comps! :A

    Hi all,
Poo has some excellent points on the two posts. Take some time to work out your monthly I&E and weigh in your own circumstances. There is a bit of flex on a DMP but not much!! If you believe you can keep out of a DMP at least for now then bear in mind that you can always resort to one later. I found the most empowering thing to be knowing how much my I&E is every month, and now plan ahead. That was something I never did before.

    Hi Isitenough,

Congratulations on your Yellow Pages job, at least it's a start.

Good luck with your job application at the local school.

I really hope you can keep to your debt action plan. It really is one of the most empowering things you can do. For me, it's enlightened me, I can see a bright future ahead instead of bleakness. I feel like a leader, I am doing something rather than being told what to do. I do still have a wobble every now and then and worry in case anything crops up or if I've missed anything but I just log on and study my finance spreadsheet. I've also got a notepad file where I type my DAP (Debt Action Plan). This lists all the things I can do to make that little bit of extra cash, ebay stuff, clicks, online surveys, Quidco, plant veg in garden, sell scrap cars (soon to be on the done part of the list). By doing this I can see where I've been, where I am and where I can go in the future.

I find the surveys and clicks are very slow earners but will keep plodding with them and cash in in November and should have enough vouchers and cash to knock a huge dent in Christmas.

    Hope this helps
