Asda are doing 2 for £2 for milk at the moment
At my local Asda, it was 2x4pints for £2. They were completely out of milk by the time I saw it, though. Considering 6pts was £1.96 a couple of weeks ago, that's pretty good.
That's the first time I've seen milk on offer since I moved here. In the US, it's very common to have huge discounts on milk to get people in the door. Many people shop wherever milk is on special offer.
I thought I read in the paper just a week or so ago that the price of milk had just gone up. So, if I can catch a break on a special offer, I'm all over it.:beer:0 -
i got the Farm Foods leaflet.
but saying things are cheap at FF is a bit like saying they are cheap at poundland
What I would like to know is any of it worth the money??? i would not buy processed food anyway, so is any of the meat, fish and veg any good?
BrandNewDay Milk is £1.50 in our corner shop for 6 pints. The small shops have had milk price wars round here for agesMember no.1 of the 'I'm not in a clique' group :rotfl:
