Mum used to make a curry with mince. I vaguely remember it being greenish in colour. She used to put apples and sultanas in it and it was quite hot. She wouldn't of used fresh spices. I've looked through the recipies on the site and can't find anything. Does anyone have any ideas? :confused:

I checked out a few recipes for mince with peas in books & on-line, but none of the ones I could find were much simpler than the Madhur Jaffrey one, & I know her's is good. so I've posted my adaptation of it on the recipes thread HERE

I know it's not what the OP was looking for, no apples or sultanas, but it is a very tasty dish
