Being chased for money post bankruptcy discharge from years ago!

Can you help with this one?!

I'm starting to receive letters through from debt collection companies regarding debts from years ago (1999,2000 and 2001). I was declared bankrupt in 2003 and don't think that all creditors were named on the bankruptcy order. It was obviously published and none of the others responded.

I'm now discharged from my bankruptcy and trying to rebuild my credit rating but am getting chased again. I didn't think I could be chased for these debts now?
