Hi
I am thinking of claiming back my charges, but the account has been defaulted, and I don't want to waste a tenner on each account if I get nothing back

Depends who the account was with - if its MBNA (so Abbey A&L Virgin)- they dont charge for your stat info, and also, they send any money to YOU and not the DCA they passed the debt toNo Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.
