Tricycle for two year old

I'm looking for a tricycle for a two year old. Especially one that has a 'back' on the seat, high enough, so he won't fall off when doing wheelies

Budget is about £30 though might stretch if I save elsewhere.

i've seen 1/2 price tweenie or fimbles ones, with parent handle - v. useful -, and lap, between leg straps, in big supermarkets. think somerfield and tesco extra. were about 14.99

My 2-year-old has this one from Little Tikes (we got ours from ToysRUs). It's really sturdy and had a back, a detachable parent handle, a box at the back to put things in, and a strap. I'm really pleased with ours.
